2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid charges.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for one night’s stay.

• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or modification.

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the hotel’s rules and policies.

• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas.

• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.

5. Liability

• Hotel Nanda is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
